My name is Robin Paddock, I was born in Michigan, raised in Evanston Illinois, and spent the majority of my young adult life living as a housewife with my husband in Jonesville, Michigan.
After the untimely loss of my dear husband in 2004, I attended Baker College of Jackson for two years. I found baker to be a grand success, but I still felt that I needed some kind of new start. I got that new beginning by picking up my life and moving to Southern California. I had always wanted to live in California. Who could resist the sunshine?
I attempted to complete my BA degree at The Art Institute of Southern California, Orange County. However, I found that being a non-traditional student was not as fulfilling as I had hoped.
I recently graduated from Baker College of Business with my bachelors degree in general studies with a dual concentrations in Graphics Communications and Marketing. I have yet to find work, I guess the job market has changed a great deal since I last was on the prowl for a job.
I over the past 7 years I have been able to jump-start my life, met a wonderful guy and we’ve settled into life together.
While I am looking for work, I thought it might be a good thing to write about some of the things I’ve learned, and just see what develops!
